Hey there!

Today, I'm all about a new digital stamp set from

Beccy's Place!

Goat Club

What a fun set this is!

When you purchase this digital set, you will receive a zip file containing:
- 4 black and white line drawings
- 4 full colour images
- 6 word images / sentiments

I colored both images with Prismacolor Pencils and fussy Cut.

They were popped with foam tape onto die cuts.

I used some masculine patterned papers on the backgrounds of both cards,

although they could be appropriate for anyone!

The sentiments, both from the set were printed and added.

The sentiment on the second card was die cut.

I added enamel dots to the first card.

Wedding Invitation Layout

Do you ever struggle to come up with a unique wedding gift idea? If so, I have a suggestion.

Hey there! Today I'm sharing my latest creation for CutCardStock. 

This is a 12 x 12 inch wedding invitation layout project. 

I was asked to put one together years ago by a co-worker and 

have done several since then as gifts. 

Just put the layout in a shadow box and the couple has a lasting keepsake. 

For this particular layout, I actually designed and printed a sample invitation myself. I found some pretty watercolor floral clip art on Etsy and used the Pages App on my Mac to design. It was printed onto Cougar A7 (5×7) Flat Discount Card Stock Invitations.

Cougar WHITE 12 x 12 Discount Card Stock

DCS Gold GLITTER Heavyweight 12×12 Discount Card Stock

Stardream Metallic PUNCH 105lb 8.5 x 11 Card Stock

DCS Discount Card Stock: Pastel Pink Card Stock

Basis 8.5×11 Soft Pink 80 lb Card Stock

DCS Discount Card Stock: Peach 

Lessebo Colors HUNTER GREEN 83lb Cardstock

Pop Tone GUM DROP GREEN 8.5×11 Discount Card Stock

Gold & white patterned paper from my stash

Layout Base

The layout base consists of a 12 x 12 inch piece of the Gold Glitter Card Stock and a 11 1/2 x 11/1/2 inch piece of the Cougar White Card Stock.

Ink the edges of the white card and use a corner punch on the gold card. The white card is inserted into the corners of the gold.

Configure the Design

I chose to use 2 pieces of patterned paper on the background of my design. One of the these pieces is the paper I chose from my stash which was cut to 3 x 11 1/2 inches. Wanting to use another white and gold patterned piece, I created my own with washi tape (see photo below). It measures @ 5 1/4 x 6 1/4 inches.

These pieces and the invitation were matted with the Metallic Punch Card Stock. I also cut 2 strips measuring 1 x 10 1/2 inches.

Next, I did my die cutting for embellishments.

My flowers were assembled.

Add the finishing touches.

Emma Rose Birthday Card

Hello there!

Today, I have some inspiration to share on behalf of

Conie Fong Art & Design!

I have created a birthday card using

Emma Rose. 

I colored the digi stamp with Prismacolor Pencils and fussy cut.

She is popped onto a scalloped oval frame.

The card background was stamped, heat embossed and die cut.

I also die cut the sentiment.

A pretty ribbon, bow and some pink pearls were added.

Mother's Day Card

Happy Saturday!

I'm sharing a Mother's Day card today created for

Pajama Crafter Stamps.

I used a Prickley Pear stamp set and coordinating die

Sketched Florals Poppy

Poppy Die

The stamped image was colored with Castle Arts Soft Touch Pencils

before die cutting. I created a frame using a shaped frame die and

a couple of square dies. I matted the shaped frame and fussy cut around it.

The square dies were used to cut the inside of the frame, as I wanted the

flowers to be placed inside the frame rather than on top.

Foam tape helped me create a little more dimension.

I stamped the sentiment from a set in my stash and fussy cut.

I added a few pearls to complete my card design.

The theme for this hop is "The Greatest Treasure"

My project was created with the Prickley Pear

Rainbow Dreams Stamp Set.

It is a scrapbook page featuring my grandson.

He most definitely is my greatest treasure!

I used the 2 rainbow stamps and 3 of the sentiment stamps on my layout.

I colored the rainbows with Castle Arts Soft Touch Pencils and fussy cut.

The coloring on the sentiments was done with fine line markers.

The patterned papers were printed from a digital paper set.

I added a punched border up top.

The clouds in the background were die cut and inked.

Parts of the quote were printed and parts were die cut.

I added die cut "happy" at the bottom of the photo to complete the

saying on the bib "I make Grandma's heart happy".

I added the stamped and colored sentiments to the yellow border near the bottom.

Blooming Great Day

Hello there!

I hope everyone's Monday is off to a good start!

At least, I think it's Monday?

It gets harder and harder for me to keep track of what day it is!

LOL!

Enough of that.

I  have a card created for Polkadoodles to share. 

And since it seems we are having some warmer weather here in Colorado,

it is of a "spring" nature.

I'm using one of the Darling Buds digis.

This collection is one of my favorites from Polkadoodles!

And, it comes as printables or clear stamps!

This is Hyacinth Flower Girl.

I colored this beauty with Prismacolor Pencils before fussy cutting.

She is popped with foam tape onto an inked background.

I simply took some coordinating stamp pads and daubed with finger daubers.

The sentiment from, Spring Flower Mothers Day Friends Greetings,

 was printed onto the panel before the inking.

My card base was die cut.

I added glitter dots to complete my card design.

Birthday Celebration Card

Today marks the start of a new

Polkadoodles Craft Challenge!

The theme is

ANYTHING GOES

This week I created an easel card. 

The card base was die cut and layered.

My focal image is a Lucy Monkman digi, Dog Sitting On Parcels/Gifts.

I colored with Spectrum Noir Market and fussy cut.

I placed a patterned paper strip behind the image from the

Birthday Fun 6x6 Paper Pack.  Enamel dots were added.

The inside of the card has my sentiment which is from

Winnie Celebrations Kit 1 Sentiment Pack. I printed on white card and

layered onto a yellow die cut. The bunting was die cut, colored and

popped with foam tape to act as my stop for the card front flap.
